This week marks the end of my 12-month plan.
It was a huge success personally, in business, and in revenue.
Do you have a plan?
You need to have one.

THOUGHTS

Working hard isn’t working better.
Adding more isn’t always smart.
But looking at ourselves is usually the hardest challenge when running a business, a brand, or a project.
Our management style is directly tied to our character, our brand, and the story we tell ourselves along the way. We tend to believe we are the most important part of the story. The main character.
Forget about it. You are a minor character in the brand’s story. Your role is to help propel the plot forward.
Yet for most people, a sense of importance and ego gets in the way. Our excitement about shiny new objects yes, AI, I’m talking about you or our inability to delegate leads us to impose unnecessary work on the team. We create chaos, hurt the brand, and generate negative impact instead of positive momentum.
Let’s change the story.
A leader helps others lead with grace
Help your team succeed. Be invested in their story. Use your skills to make them look good.Guide the brand
Create consistency instead of chaos. Stop doing a million things or adding platforms your friends showed you. Ask yourself how we can move forward faster and better.Your ego is hurting your brand
Your emotions are not relevant here. You eat, you sleep, and you handle things that must be done, even when they are not on your schedule, yet you ignore your brand.
Make time to nurture it. Treat it as your most important client, and you will see it grow.
When you become obsessed with serving the brand, your team will too.
It’s time we tell ourselves a different story. We are here to support the brand, not the other way around.
Let’s talk content, shall we?
In this episode, I share a simple way to choose your content pillars. This method helped me write better content, create more focus in the business, and gain the clarity I was missing.
Let me know what you think of the video and what your content pillars are.

Building in Public
After two weeks in the U.S., jetlagged and tired, I landed back in Israel only to realize I had nothing left to give. I needed a break.
And I took it. Sunday on the couch, a few walks, meeting a few old friends. My battery was drained, and I couldn’t find the energy.
Thinking about it, I realized it was all due to not listening to my gut feeling.
In 2019, I made a decision to avoid clients and employees who are negative or hard to work with. These energy monsters took too much of my time, livelihood, and passion. They left me exhausted, unhappy, and hurt my relationships with my team.
Sadly, I was working on a huge six-figure project and allowed my brain to convince my gut that we were fine. Until we were not.
It’s never an easy thing to do what’s best for ourselves, but I’m trying to, and I hope you are too.
With some free time to walk the streets and think, I started working on an updated five-year plan. The 2025 plan was such a success, personally, in business, and in revenue, that I feel I must create a new, longer version.
The focus will be on building my brand and starting to scale the YouTube show. With around 30 new Shorts coming next month, I feel confident.
I also finally started sharing the concept for The Business Storytellers show with a few VCs. The reactions have been very positive, and it feels like a strong product market fit. Something they like, need, and are willing to support.
The next step is to focus on improving the level of content and editing. What would you like to see?
One last fun fact: this newsletter has crossed 48,000 words in 2025, not including this one. That’s about 16,000 words more than my last book. Crazy, right?
Good thing I’m working on a book based on all these emails.
