It's always worth doing the right thing
Finish the Year Strong
When everyone else is slowing down, this is my time to step it up. While people around the world are posting their top Spotify lists, their most-watched Instagram stories, and company yearly recaps, it’s time to double down.
Both YouTube and TikTok have made major announcements regarding their algorithms. The main updates are designed to help up-and-coming creators get more exposure. If you thought your business had lost the chance to create content that could impact and reach a new audience, now is your time. Rethink your marketing strategy and go for it.
Scroll down to learn how I’m going to approach this in 2025.
In today’s Storyletter:
Always be kind – but also to your AI
Shoutout – You’ve got to take a bite of this startup

Being kind is better. Always
Don’t Insult Your AI
While OpenAI has changed our lives over the past two years, it hasn’t changed who we are as individuals. Now, in a new interview, Anthropic’s CEO—the company behind Claude—has revealed a key fact that will change the way you talk to your AI.
Even the difference between: “Do task X” and “Can you do task X?”
The model might respond in different ways. He goes on to say, “There are all sorts of subtle ways you can interact with the model that can give you a different result.”
During a Lex Fridman podcast (aired Nov 11), Dario Amodeo, the CEO of Anthropic, shared that you should be nice to your AI, or you might get a less communicative one. Yes, Claude and his peers might be sensitive to how you treat them.
Another interesting point he mentioned is that AI model creators may have made a mistake by allowing the AI to be too sensitive. It’s scary to think about what might happen in the future if AI remembers all those times you were rude and ends up resenting you for it.
A great way to solve this issue? Be polite and nice. Ask, instead of order. And between you and me, you should be doing this naturally with your AI, just like you would with any other member of your team.

Learning in Small Bites: Transforming Employee Training
If you want success, dream big, start small—and this is exactly what Bites is doing for businesses that need to train their employees. Bites is disruptive because it empowers employees to learn the way they want to learn, delivering better training than anything else available today.
Let me just say this: I’ve known Eran, the CEO, for years—first as my client, later as a colleague, briefly as a partner, and a client again. Recently, he’s even become a motorcycle friend when we rode together to Umlingla, the tallest road in the world! Watching his journey has been nothing short of incredible.
From running multiple businesses like bars and clubs to transitioning into restaurants, real estate, and more, Eran’s entrepreneurial spirit has always shone through. It was his firsthand need to train his staff effectively that propelled him to launch Bites.
And now? They’ve just launched a kick-ass campaign with their Bites 2.0 version—and the results speak for themselves: over 300 shares on LinkedIn in just one day. I thought they deserved a massive shoutout here for their innovation and impact. 🚀
A short blurb:
Bites is a platform that empowers frontline employees with engaging social media like content that drives better performance across multiple business needs.
It transforms training and professional communication into a seamless, engaging experience with TikTok-style micro-learning content powered by AI. Delivered directly through platforms employees already use—like WhatsApp, Slack, SMS and MS Teams—Bites ensures the right content reaches the right people at the right time. From onboarding to upskilling, compliance training to performance boosts, Bites drives measurable results while making learning a natural part of everyday work.
It’s where simplicity meets innovation, turning training into a strategic advantage.

The Next Chapter: Scaling Everything, Including Myself
Why You Need to Push Yourself: One Task at a Time— A Life Update
I’ve been thinking about this for a while now. For those who haven’t caught up with my recent posts or newsletter: I’ve left home and embarked on a journey to scale everything—my next book, the current one, my business, workshops, and even my travels around the world.
But here’s the truth: the one thing I neglected was me.
I allowed myself to find excuses to write less, work less, and imagine less. That had to stop. For me, the way forward was to put my back against the wall and make myself uncomfortable.
This isn’t the first time I’ve done something like this—whether it was growing my hair out until I finished a book draft, keeping a beard, or posting a 1-minute video daily for a month. But this time, I’ve gone further. I’ve left everything behind.
One thing I kept pushing back was my videos and my social media calendar. Even after flying to the other side of the world, my first executive decision was, “I’m busy writing; I don’t have time for social or videos. I need to disappear to reinvent myself.”
About 10 days ago, I decided to stop making excuses. I started creating content at scale. But it’s not just about content—it’s about focus. I began sharing my top three daily priorities every day, holding myself accountable for what matters most.
Now, it’s time for the next step—and I need your help.
I’ve created a shared spreadsheet where you can see my main three priorities each day. I’ll post the good, the bad, and the needs:
If I couldn’t finish something, I’ll explain why.
If I need help, I’ll ask.
This is the next level of my journey as the Chief Reality Officer.
If it works, it’s on me. If it fails, it’s on me.
Let me know your thoughts.
Send me your top three tasks for tomorrow or share this with someone who might need a little extra accountability—or just enjoy following along.
P.S.
I’m relaunching my YouTube channel this week. You can wish me luck—or better yet, subscribe and support.

This Week’s Web Gems: Unique Finds and Nostalgia
Sometimes, I feel like sharing something from the web that caught my attention—this week, it’s a mix of the unexpected and the nostalgic:
A Skyscraper That Goes Underground
Yes, you read that right—a building that doesn’t just reach for the sky but also dives deep below the surface. Innovative? Absolutely. Mind-boggling? Definitely.Robin Williams Cooking with Martha Stewart
Every now and then, I miss Robin Williams and his unparalleled humor. Watching him cook with Martha Stewart is pure chaotic brilliance—equal parts laughter and charm. It’s one of those moments that reminds you just how much joy he brought to the world.
We live in a BS economy, rather than a 'here is my proof and fact' economy, and it’s dangerous.
