About four months ago, I made the decision to stop writing this Storyletter.
Felt I needed to work on new things, spice it up.
And here we are.
Saturday morning, I have a few things I want to read and work on, but I’m writing this.
Past 100 editions probably a while ago, and this still feels like my hobby, my fun morning read-and-write on Saturday.
I wish you all find something that feels like that.
THOUGHTS
If AI tools are meant to replace us, they are not there yet. If they are meant to help us, they are doing a crap job at that.
I work with founders and tech companies in different industries and at different stages.
Many want, or are actively implementing, AI tools.
Looking at my credit card, it’s apparent that I love two things: coffee and AI tools.
With agents helping, dev and design tools, video filming and editing, and new invoices joining almost daily.
And working with founders, they often want to sell more or raise capital.
So they design beautiful slides, they have a landing page and a CRM to manage it all for them.
But what they lack is the relationship building, the story behind the meetings, the magic that makes people buy from you.
We need to be able to do the work, the last mile of why.
Why should people join you or buy from you?
The story, done right.
A good friend of mine, a successful CEO, founder, and entrepreneur, loves his AI tools.
We met this week to go over a few tips on Claude Design.
While talking, we realized we need no one, we can do it all by ourselves.
We now have superpowers when it comes to building a business.
Ideate, design, plan, build tech, be the product, marketing, copywriter, video editor.
Which is great, the ultimate dream, right?
Well, you know the saying: be careful what you wish for.
AI is now making us work harder to achieve a lesser outcome.
I can do anything, but I’m not a master of every craft.
So it means I’ll do a lot of things with a slow learning curve and find myself getting an 80% outcome.
So for me, I’ve added another goal: build enough to surround myself with craftsmen.
I want an amazing designer.
I want a developer to help me.
And I would love to have a great video person.
Until AI can completely replace us, many people out there can find their passion, learn the rest, and become a super craftsman.
For me, it’s writing and pitching.

Building in Public
When we want it all, but have time to do just a few, how do you focus?
I have been hard at work, building, designing, writing, but more than anything else, it’s been a struggle to focus.
With AI, everything feels closer than ever, but harder to complete.
And each obstacle is just a quick $20-a-month solution away, right?
And my solution?
Pen and paper.
Wait, wait.
It’s great fun.
The feeling of writing, of crossing off the task, of having the list of things.
My tech stack is growing, which I’m not sure how I feel about.
With Lovable as my main platform for building, using GitHub for the first time and hosting on Vercel, my websites are moving along:
Personal website in Hebrew – check
Streetwise Agency sprint website – almost ready (final text touches)
International website – not sure if I just duplicate what I have or start from scratch
Stook – the platform is live, and I’m working on redesigning the UI and flow
Connecting Claude Design with Claude Code, having Figma MCP, words and letters that meant nothing to me a month ago, are starting to feel more comfortable when building.
But I have a long way to go.
And writing?
I’m writing in Hebrew again, and funny enough, my native tongue feels harder than English.
The last novel I wrote was in 2017.
Every morning I write a thought, a note, an idea.
While some of them are publish-worthy, most are for me, and I invite you to write daily.
